For individuals who have experienced discrimination, VIHRC can help you navigate human rights in British Columbia, including filing a complaint with the BC Human Rights Tribunal, supporting you in negotiations with another party, or directing you to other resources.

Team meeting

For organizations looking to increase their human rights literacy and better support staff or clients, VIHRC provides training and resources on human rights in British Columbia.

VIHRC works closely with other organizations to create a collaborative community of support for our clients.

We would like to acknowledge that the lands on which the Vancouver Island Human Rights Coalition office is located, are the traditional territorial lands of the Lekwungen peoples (Songhees and Esquimalt First Nations). We thank the Lekwungen peoples for allowing us to work and assist those in need, on their lands.
